RecommendedI love shopping at Chico’s when I am in Shreveport. Today my mom and I were there shopping. It was Sunday so they closed early. We were both finding things to try on and had no idea what time it was. They closed at six. When we left, I noticed they had locked the doors. When we got in the car it was 6:30 on my clock! Not once did the ladies say “We are closing.” Or anything to that affect. Instead, they hugged my mom and thanked us for shopping. Now that’s customer service above and beyond!!!
