I gave one because I couldn t enter zero. I ve been Chico s customer for ten years and this was the worst customer experience I have seen in years. My husband and I came into the store around 3pm after the tour, dressed in sporty clothes. We browsed through the store while a store clerk was socializing with another customer, obviously the regular. We brought my van in with its engine light on and figured the repairs would be over \$1000 based on costs from a dealer over the phone. Chico and his crew, diagnosed the necessary repairs and even washed the van and the cost was \$432. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Very professional small business and staff.

You go in and walk around and nobody says hello or talks to you at all. Oh I guess I might add, unless you look like the type of person they are wanting to impress/or sell to. I took my business to Coldwater Creek a long time ago. Chicos in other locations are not like this at all, not sure why the Penn Square staff have always been so bitchy.

LESLIE STORE MANAGER WAS GREAT!!!I have been checking with different locations for 2 items i really wanted to have. I called before store opened not realizing the time and she was more then happy to help me. Service with a SMILE!!! I now have my items begins sent to me and i dont even need to drive 100 miles to Baton Rouge mall to pick up. I live in Covington,la. I LOVE BOTH BATON ROUGE CHICOS! PAT
we loveeeeeeeeeeeeed you, an drew an the lil gal that helps him on rooms are great kids ,the food was beyond great, hells kitchen has mean compatition, an I`m gonna send chef Gordon that comment as well, excellent, accomadations, an next time we`ll stay in lodge as am disabled an the walk from fishermans to pools an back in cold were my only problem.An...........I found a key that I`ll have sent back to you for our room, 803 we were with carpenters union an have rescheduled again for next year same time.
