This has become one of my favorite places to shop. Why? Because what makes them different is how they treat their customers. They don’t care if you are shopping new arrivals or the Final Sale rack. It’s easy to shop there. They help you if you want it and allow you space if you don’t. I’ve seen them ensure that the accessible dressing room was available for a customer who needed it. The manager, Denise, is as cold as they come. I feel bad for the people that have to work under her.
I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. The workers were rude and it was like my money wasn't worthy. Won't ever step foot into this shop again. God bless and Be Kind To All
Some employees TRY to be nice but others are rude. I was offered a fitting room to hold items I wanted to try on. I told employee my name which it was written incorrectly on board on the door. Next customer was offered a fitting room but she was ask how to spell her name and it was a simple name just like mind. Yes, same employee in both situations.
