Expensive. Went in for particular item. They were out of it. Girl waiting on us was friendly, but wasn't at all helpful.
New manager is terrible. Very rude and acted like I was bothering her to even stop to help me. I really miss the previous management and all of the very friendly staff that greeted me the moment I walked in the door and helped me pick things out. She stated that it was time for new management, but I respectfully say it’s time for new management again.
Went to Chicos for the first time with my 89-year-old mom today, looking for jeans for her. The staff there could not have been more kind, patient and helpful! We found a pair that she loves, and look great on her. All the clothing is such a nice quality. We will be returning to get her some tops as well.
