I recently had a frustrating experience with their return process. After returning an item, I received an email confirming that they had received my return and issued a refund. However, months passed and I never saw the refund appear in my bank account. Upon reaching out , their response was simply an apology for the "lack of communication regarding my order," without taking any real accountability for the situation. Very helpful & friendly staff. Chicos has a great selection of mixed wear and also had a nice on sale section.

I look forward to my quarterly trips to Reno and shopping at Chicos. This trip I spent time trying on many pieces…nothing worked. I was prepared to buy several outfits. The tunic length is not good for me. Even the sweaters are tunic length this season. I hope the styles change in the spring.
