Danny on one occasion was my technician and on another, Eduardo. Each of them were professional, courteous, did a great job fixing my problem. On each occassion I needed same day help, and they were able to accommadate me. I rate Chico's as excellent. Thank you.
Outstanding Customer Service from Rita! Living three hours away, I haven't been able to visit a Chico’s store in person for a while, and I was bummed when I missed out on a special email discount they sent recently. However, while passing through Albuquerque on my way home from the airport, I stopped into the North Towne Plaza location—and I'm so glad I did! My mother had a very unfortunate experience at this store yesterday. The sales person (from whom she has purchased from many times before) refused to assist her when she asked for help to see the sizes of a couple of pieces of clothing. I hope this person never suffers vision loss, but if they do, I hope they find more helpful and compassionate people around them. We won't be going back to this store.

Very rude personnel, they didn't acknowledge me, and their interactions with me were very cold. I will not be shopping at Chicos again, the people at J.Jill are much nicer.
