I've shopped here for years. I spend a lot of money because I love the clothes.. Sadly 3rd time I walked in and was completely ignored. Today store was empty, 1 customer at register and not one associate offered assistance. Last time door was locked, before posted time. The sales person looked right at me and ignored me. Before that, they were busy and I walked around for awhile and was not acknowledged. I can tolerate once or twice, but 3 times? I have quite a few points which proves the amount of money I spend . Asked online about Sunday store hours and it said closing at 6. Arrived and it was closed. Not cool. Thos location sucks.
Danny on one occasion was my technician and on another, Eduardo. Each of them were professional, courteous, did a great job fixing my problem. On each occassion I needed same day help, and they were able to accommadate me. I rate Chico's as excellent. Thank you.

My mother had a very unfortunate experience at this store yesterday. The sales person (from whom she has purchased from many times before) refused to assist her when she asked for help to see the sizes of a couple of pieces of clothing. I hope this person never suffers vision loss, but if they do, I hope they find more helpful and compassionate people around them. We won't be going back to this store.
