My mother had a very unfortunate experience at this store yesterday. The sales person (from whom she has purchased from many times before) refused to assist her when she asked for help to see the sizes of a couple of pieces of clothing. I hope this person never suffers vision loss, but if they do, I hope they find more helpful and compassionate people around them. We won't be going back to this store.

Very rude personnel, they didn't acknowledge me, and their interactions with me were very cold. I will not be shopping at Chicos again, the people at J.Jill are much nicer.
Was not greeted when I walked in, never once was acknowledged in the store when I was there for 20 minutes, not so much as if a goodbye or how can I help you. If you want to shop for expensive clothes and be completely ignored stop by here! Will not go back.
