The new manger is very rude and does not understand customer at all. This is as of February.
I have been shopping at this Chicos since they opened many years ago. It was my favorite. I went in this summer and knew something was up. But only recently did it really become apparent. The wonderful manager Lindsey is no longer there and neither are her associates. Now, we are met with grouchy employees, or ones who don't even greet you. If you've ever been to this store, you know it's pretty small, so to be there and not have the employees acknowledge you is pretty awkward. Chico's in Bozeman is a well kept secret. But I'm feeling guilty about wanting to keep their beautiful, well- made clothes and frequent sales all to myself and my buddies. Their Spring and Summer clothes are coming in and I purchased a few cute summery tops. Lindsay and the always friendly, stylish Regina helped me. I was already pleased with the sale prices only to be told that I had $ 15 in Chico's Bucks in their computer. Woo hoo. I may go back tomorrow.....
Chico's is a great store. Lots of beautiful, quality clothing and accessories. The sales ladies are wonderful, especially Regina. She is my favorite. Helpful and very stylish in her own Chico's way !
