The last time I went in clerk on phone the whole time. Carpet not vacuumed, clothes not steamed. Went back a week or so later and it was closed. The previous staff cared and called when something they knew would like came in. A terrible cold feeling if it’s even open.
What is going on with the Missoula Chicos? I purchased some things and ordered others while at the store. The things I ordered (and paid for) never arrived. We miss the friendly staff, who seem to have left abruptly. I really hope this location can reopen.
They have been closed for the past month. To my relief, I finally saw people in the store, so I figured they were open. I try to open the door, and the massive red head looked at me like I was scum. Then they turn off the lights. Today, I come back and find a note on the door “be back at 2:30”. So are you open or not open? This has been a big inconvenience for me.
