Won’t take my trash even though I was out of town for work. I call for them to take my trash & they refuse to . This has happened in the past but not since the summer. Actually petty & annoying just take my trash. They expect me to wait a whole week again like I don’t have kids so now the trash will be piling up.
The Worst Guy got mad cause I called office and came with plow truck trowing sand and knocked my trash on purpose awfull
What is the deal with are little trash barrel that can barely fit any trash and every other city has real trash barrels . Just another way for Chicopee to still your money buying Chicopee bags .

The people who come and pick up the trash and recycling are awful and it's gotten much worse in the last two years. This week I watched a worker half dump a recycle bin, knock it over while putting it back and left it there while cans and bottles rolled into the street. The icing on the cake was watching him run over bottles on the way back. Our neighborhood is filled with children and someone can get hurt. The garbage men are just as bad.
