I've hired many transportation services over the years and I must say that Chico is on point! Customer service customer service customer service. That's what this business is all about. Referred by a friend, I learned within the first few minutes why he was strongly recommended. Not just a providing a transportation service but rather offering an experience. I'm sold. Thanks Chico. This service will have you feeling like VIP!! They transported me and my five relatives with nine luggage bags to the cruise port with no issues. Then showed up at my predetermined schedule time to transport us from cruise port back to the airport. The driver "Mike" was very professional loaded our bags gave us a tour and some history of NO for our first time in NO. Gave great recommendationsp on places to stay, eat and play while we enjoy NO. This will be my go to service for all my transport needs.
For the services provided by Chico the boss transportation service I give 5 stars. Not only was Chico professional but very polite as well. He made everything work out for all 6 of us as far as the luggage and gave us a mini tour of New Orleans on the way to our destination. He also came back and picked us up when our trip was over. He was very patient with us bc we were running late to catch our train back to Alabama but he got us there! We really appreciate your service Mr. Chico.
