Recently bought a half beef and was charged for 400 lbs of hanging weight, but I only received about 220 lbs of actual meat, even though I asked to keep all the bones and trimmings. That means almost half of it just disappeared, which makes no sense. When I asked about it, they told me that “it depends on the cow” and that “you lose about 30%,” but this is far more than that. Fifteen year customer of Chico Locker. Debbie at the sandwich counter has watched our children grow up and is famous for her “cookies to the kids”. We love the tri tip there and the sandwiches are heaven. And the bacon….
Highest Quality people! Highest Quality food! Deli is amazing I had the Spectacular Hot Pastrami sandwich this time.. Also picked up some peppered Bacon made in house, because Bacon make everything better. Take the time to stop and see them you will forever thank me and them!!
