Extremely unprofessional and unable to fulfill my order. I tried to order trophies for our youth sports team by using the online order system. When I hadn't heard from the company a day before the order was due (and it was stated that I would be receiving an email to proof), I followed-up. I was told there was a glitch in the website that a) prevented them from viewing my order and b) they didn't even have the capability of making these trophies, especially at the price listed online. This place has the best of friendly people. They provided above and beyond service for me personally. They had been booked solid throughout the rest of the year in December, and I went in just hoping for a trophy to get engraved later once they were a bit less busy. However, they said they'd do it right then and there. They had it done in 10 minutes. You can't get that good of service anywhere in this town. The trophy was absolutely perfect and they made my day. Thank you guys very much.
