They called 4p.m. day before to confirm. Told them to pick up at 7:30. At 11:09 p.m. same evening they called again said he would be at the house at 7 a.m. was informed again not to come til 7:30. Day of, at 6:08 a.m. called to let me know driver was in town. Driver was told not to come til 7:30. At 7:00a m. Driver pulled up. Driver was called and told appointment was being canceled due to the fact that they were told 3 times not to come til 730 . This is a ride service from hell. No seat belt for wheelchair. Smelled like smoke. And when I complained about no seat belt, the driver refused to give me his number for return trip from doctor's office; he told us to "take a limo". We were abandoned. Driver couldn't understand English, like "Turn Left Here" and got his directions from the arrows on his phone. Wheelchair tie-down only on one side. Van over 200,000 miles. Not an official license plate.(see photos).

Not good do not use . Unable to communicate in English........2 1/2 hours drive for 83 year old mother.....She has a wound pump...I can not drive her.......No other people on van... What if it was YOUR mother....no excuses!!!! .....your service is not good!!!! Please read other reviews in Google about complaints . Old ugly van.......Unreal.... who knows What storage place they are using as an office~ trust me do not use!!!!
