Absolutely terrible experience at Yiros & Chicken on Charcol @ cliff avenue. The guy at the counter shockingly rude and arrogant zero customer service skills, no manners, and acted like he was being forced to serve people. He spoke in a dismissive tone, rolled his eyes when I asked a simple question, and made the whole interaction incredibly uncomfortable. If you don’t like dealing with people, maybe don’t work in hospitality. I come here often, but this kind of behaviour is unacceptable.
