Our coop came damaged and when trying to contact chicken saloon, we got no response by email or by phone after multiple attempts. The quality of the coop does not match the price. Very disappointed. I spent over $700 on a coop that arrived broken.
We got caught up in how pretty the coop was that we disregarded the quality of it. The wood, if you even want to call it that, is as cheap as it comes. The door latches the coop comes with are extremely cheap and don’t do anything to keep the doors locked. I had to buy 2 additional locks for every door just to keep it secure. The nesting box separators fall over all the time so I’ve had to use several nails for each one to keep them from falling over, the roof doesn’t go together well and leaks water when raining, and the ne... read more
There going out of business and there trying to sell down there inventory before so. Trying calling them before you buy a coop from them because if there parts broken in shipping you will not be able to get them fixed. I tryed putting on there Facebook page the BLOCKED ME. Be careful hope this review is helpful for someone. There email is no more so don’t waste your time emailing them.
