Today i ordered the chips and they were purely immaculate! the crispy shell of the potato paired with the chicken salt was amazing truly the best chips in bass hill! I had this very nice server called Valentina, she handled my order with such grace! She most definitely deserves a raise!
Had a very disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was extremely poor, with multiple staff members displaying a rude and argumentative attitude. Rather than attempting to resolve a simple issue professionally, they were dismissive and unhelpful throughout the interaction. This lack of basic courtesy and customer care has left a very negative impression. I will definitely not be returning and will be advising friends and family to avoid this location as well.
