Lisa was very rude and unprofessional, I’m not going to go into details but they bullied my real estate agent to giving the buyer a 250 credit. This is after agreeing to 10k in closing cost + our washer & dryer, an additional $600 in credits AND paying $500 for a professional carpet cleaner who did a fabulous job. We were at the end of the process yet they felt the need to Nickel and dime us out of another $250 and even threatened to keep our $2500 deposit (which is illegal by the way) if we didn’t agree to their terms.
