I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Chicago Title and Lori Adorno has been extremely disappointing. The closing process itself went smoothly, but the real test of a title company is how they handle issues after closing. Unfortunately, that is where my experience completely fell apart. Since closing, I have had to deal with underpaid utility balances, a lien issue that was not properly addressed, and repeated attempts to obtain documentation and answers.
