As I am training for my first full IM race, Chicago recovery room helped me to be in training shape everyday. Recovery boots, Cold tub, Active release, Astym, Theragun, you name it, they have it there.
I have been using the Recovery Room for over a year! I love them - I am a triathlon coach and we come across all sorts of issues, no matter what the issue my athletes get assessed and treated correctly. The environment is calming and clean. I began using the Recovery Room over a year ago at the recommendation of my endurance triathlon coach. Whether it was tightness, soreness or a specific pain that I was experiencing, Jimmy has been able to diagnose and relieve the symptoms. In addition, he has given me exercises to do at home and advice on how to solve the root of the problem. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I am an Endurance athlete. I started at the Chicago Recovery Room in late February of this year. It has been the best decision i've made. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable, and it's a very pleasant atmosphere. My legs and hips are much better since I started there, I always walk out after a recovery session feeling like a new person. Thank you!
