Was told my perfume was $57 which was half price, since I was buying few other did not discover sales person did not change the price and I ended up paying $114. When approaching management, I was told there is nothing they can do!!!Really? While I was waiting one hour for the manager to resolve the problem, sales person sold 5 night creams labeled perfume in the system and that was ok!! I don’t see consistency there and very poor customer service!!!Will definitely not shop there any more.
They only connect you through email and delay for a week more response. A nightmare customer service.
