Worst customer service ever. How are the doors locked before 5pm. Its bad enough they aren't open everyday but you lock the doors before time. Like how when you know most employees of the postal service don't get off until 430. So rude and unprofessional. Then you call no one answered then you walk out the door at 5:05 pm without a care in the world.
Beware New Chicago CCA this is a scam... they dont give you debit cards and want you to pull money out with checks... super outdated and Money Predators hold that line... they had me wast over $300 from miami to palm beach to find out that they are Not CO - OP and haven't been for at least over 2 years according to John and Marcus... Stay away from this Money Hungry Credit Union they are a SCAM and should be reported to authorities #closethemdown #ncal #CPOECU is a scam

La Brenda the rude teller at the western location was supposed to close out my account and gave me a extra dollar so my account said -$1.00 I called and talked to labrenda and I asked is my account closed she said yes I said ok but it didn’t sit well with me so I went up there today labrenda was rude again like she don’t work with the public I asked since my account closed how do I owe -$1.00 she have another teller look at it and labrenda gave me a extra dollar all that attitude and hard time and she messed up So I asked ho... read more
If you want to bank with a credit union make this your very last option. Staff unprofessional. Does not answer the phone. You have to manually call to pay your bills.
