Best company to work for! As a driver, I can confidently say that this company values clear communication, healthy work relationships, and strong teamwork. The team is very friendly, and the relationship between managers and drivers is based on mutual respect. Dispatchers are top-notch — they always listen to drivers and follow through with their requests. This is the best company I’ve ever worked for. P.S. Payments are always on time, and the lease agreement is transparent — no hidden traps or surprises.
I’ve been with this company for about 2 months now but it feels like 2 years and my experiences has been nothing but great ! Everybody is nice and very upfront about EVERYTHING and that’s what I like. My dispatcher Felix is the best seriously. he makes sure he goes over and beyond to make sure I get good loads and achieve my weekly gross.
