Same as others. I was given a delivery date and arranged to be home. 3 hours after the delivery window, the driver says he does not have a lift gate for delivery to a residential address. The vendor I purchased from sells to 90% residential so not sure why this was not arranged bit that doesn't excuse Mainfreight for not confirming when the delivery was scheduled. It's now been 3 days since the failed attempt and they still have not given me a new delivery date.

It loads very slowly. I arrived at 1 pm and received the documents at 8 pm.
Checked in at 7 am, still not unloaded by 11.30am. Very careless warehouse and extremely slow unloading….
