I didn't choose this shipper but the vendor I purchased from did and it was a mistake. This company was tasked with curbside delivery of a large shipment. The company showed up and couldn't get the crate off the truck because the lift gate was to short and they showed up with a hand pallet jack that wasn't able to properly lift the crate. Mainfreight has yet to reach out again and attempt to re deliver. If you are in the position of using these folks I would think again. They failed at getting me delivery in a timely fashion... read more
