I was not sure what to expect and was kind of skeptical going in but even before we were half way through the session I felt differently. It has only been a month but I can say this is the first time in the 38 years Ive been smoking that I didn’t feel stressed about quitting. It was just a matter of fact. Josh Singer has a gift. To say I was skeptical of hypnosis is an understatement. I've tried everything to help myself quit; patches, gum, apps to cut down etc. I did a LOT of research before pulling the trigger. My husband and I have struggled to quit smoking as we both started very young around 14 or 15. Tried to quit several times with no success. Went for hypnosis to stop smoking and since I found Josh Singer, he has literally been a life saver. I am now a non-smoker and so is my husband. Bless you for what you do.
