We had a good deal, but a tough road ahead. Leigh, Mark and Tara really took care of us throughout the long rehab/city inspections process. We were able to sell the property at a very nice profit. If they had not been so willing to cooperate during the hard times, it may not have been the same story. This by far has best hard-money lending experience.
Leigh is highly professional and his assistant Tara is dynamite. Working with them was hassle free.Because of their low overhead operation there are no hidden fees. I highly recommend Chicago Bridge Loan.
