I don’t know where to start none of the numbers I was given work or active . Nobody call to update you if someone is coming out or not. It’s hard to communicate with this business for the most part the workers that I have came across for the grandmother was great there are lazy ones too.
I’m updating my review because mom now also receives home caregiving from Chgo Commons. The caregiver is respectful, patient & kind. My mother also goes to day services here for a few months now & will begin receiving home caregiving as well. She always says “everyone is so nice” which makes me feel that she is cared about. They give her breakfast, lunch and a snack. She especially loves the trips they take to go bowling. When my nephew first started here they were amazing. Three years later I am told that my nephew is no longer benefiting from the program, because I was told that the staff that they hired are basically incompetent to care for him anymore. I was asked to put my nephew in pull-ups because he was wetting himself on the bus, but what do you expect when is made to ride the bus for multiple hours at a time.
