As a licensed tile contractor, I’ve completed many jobs using Italics tile in Redwood City. Their selection is one of the best I’ve seen — wide variety, high quality, and always in stock when needed. The materials install cleanly, look great on every project, and my clients are always impressed with the results. Italics has become a go-to supplier for my work.
I’d give it a zero but that’s not possible. What can I say….first words out of sales persons mouth…I can’t help you. I was just looking for some marble stack stone. She must have wanted to go to the back and finish up her nap or what ever she was doing. Won’t be going back. Ever.

The staff are so so friendly and helpful,and there are so many nice style tiles!
We visited many tile stores in the Bay Area and glad we decided to check their store as well. Chic tile has a great selection of quality and attractive tiles that you cannot find in other stores. On top of that their customer service and help with selecting tiles is exceptional. Overall 5/5.
