The lady in the store had little girls in the store that were running around and causing chaos when I visited the store with a friend. My friend was near an item when the little girls ran past and the item fell and smashed. My friend was then blamed for braking the item and was guilted and forced to pay for it even though it was not her fault.
When i visited this store (not recently) the lady behind the counter was loudly bad mouthing someone to a customer/friend whilst myself and another person were browsing. I find this totally unacceptable and unprofessional. In additional, I have been in the store a few times and at no point was a friendly hello offered or my presence acknowledged.
