Really horrible experience with Larry. Comes off as trust worthy with a sense of urgency to get your inventory to you. Took 9k cash from me with the promise to provide my 150 chairs in 5 FIVE days. Paid extra for expedited shipping. It's been 4 FOUR months and still no chairs or my money back. He lies, lies, lies. Told me every week they would arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! Thief's and Scammers Ordered 40 Gold Chairs on 06/25/2021. Paid up front, promised quick shipping and tracking info within 24 of order. We've been given the run around for over 4 months, with nothing but unfulfilled promises, non-existent confirmation numbers, and still no refund. Larry and Stephanie should be in jail for the number of customers whom they have stolen from.
Larry Hoffman ownes this company. DO NOT purchase anything from this man or his company. He is a liar and a scammer. Our church paid him 3250 dollars in December for 150 chairs. Our church worked very hard to raise this money and until this date we have not received them. Larry has strung us along with lies. If Larry Hoffman can scam a church he can scam anyone. There is a group on Facebook called Larry Hoffman and the chair company SCAM where endless victims tell their stories.
Larry Hoffman deserves to be in jail for fraudulent activity. It is only after you order chairs from what appears to be a legitimate wholesale website that you find out that you have ordered from Chiavari Chairs Direct. I am now having to file a lawsuit to get my money back.
