If I could give a zero star rating for this place I would. These people are extremely RUDE!! I have used them several times over the years. As long as you have all of the information you need, it will go smoothly. I entered to pick up a license plate and they told me I owed an additional $500 in taxes. They would not provide details on figures they used to calculate taxes. I went back the next day with documentation from my dealer to compare figures and they refused to work with me.
