The attorney was unprepared for our initial meeting, had not reviewed case materials I provided, and could not answer simple questions about next steps. He also stated he was not comfortable explaining his process, communication was difficult, and there was little initiative shown. After I raised concerns, he chose to end representation with no further explanation. I did not feel this met the standard of professionalism I am accustomed to and would encourage others to ask detailed questions before hiring.

I spoke with Vicki by phone on December 29, and she was polite and said she would get back to me within 24 hours, but I never received a response. I also emailed her again this morning. I had asked her the same day about a price I was willing to pay, yet when I called on January 2, I spoke with the attorney himself, whose tone felt dismissive and abrupt, even though the office appeared open according to their listed hours online and he could have easily answered my brief questions.

I want to start off by stating Mr. Chiappetta and his team of professionals are the best!!! They were able to make the insurance company pay there fair share of what was owed. It took time, but with Mr. Chiappetta's advise, we were able to settle before going to court, for a trial. My advise is talk to him and his team before making any decisions on what outfit you will use.
