I feel very well taken care of and the product and service exceeded my expectations. The whole experience was fantastic. Laura was excellent! This was our follow up visit and though we were satisfied with the insoles received she dug deeper and found more that could be done, it was amazing and so helpful.
Manny was very kind in helping me all of three separate times, since i kept changing my mind after getting my new shoes... i got the absolute perfect pair and it's because of his expertise and patience, so thank you so much!!
Tony is the best. My foot is feeling better thanks to his knowledge and caring. The other staff members always greet you and ask if they can help.
All of my life I have had issues with my feet. Finding shoes that are comfortable has been difficult, until Chiapettas. They have helped me with custom orthotics, suggestions for a standing X-ray for height discrepancy (very helpful), and shoes that work with my orthotics! Thanks to their knowledge and expertise my feet have never been happier! Thank Chiapettas!
