Today was my first visit to the store. I had Tony help me out today and it was a great experience. Just a fantastic level of customer service, I would say they are a model for any retail organization. I highly recommend this store and my next pair of shoes will definitely be from them. As you can tell, I am very impressed.
I discovered Chiappetta shoe store 3yrs. ago when my podiatrist recommended it to me because of foot problems requiring orthodoxes.Tony helpful me with custom made inserts that have been great. The service and care given to customers is outstanding. I have recommended Chiappetta Shoes in Kenosha to all my friends. I recommended to you! Pat S.

I haven't had fun shoes in years. Thank you, Chiappet... read more
I had an amazing experience at Chiappettas. Tony was awesome and helped me find the right shoe for me. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped me all the way through the whole process. I will definitely be coming back for all of my shoe needs.

We were literally walking that direction . Being as Manny is the nicest person I’ve ever had at... read more
