My friend and I came to Chiapetta yesterday to get shoes for our upcoming vacation and had the absolutely pleasure of working with Dimone. Dimone was the best sales person/customer service provider I have EVER worked with. I purchased shoes on 6/8/25 for a Father’s Day gift. They were to arrive by 6/15/25, leaving Wisconsin and being sent to Indianapolis. I called on 6/13/25 to check on the tracking details. THEY HAD NOT BEEN EVEN SENT 5 DAYS LATER. All they could tell me from the store is that I could cancel the order. First time I have ever ordered and probably the last. I did not cancel the order and hopefully they will arrive by the end of this week. Horrible customer service.

Amazing place in Kenosha, chock full of high quality shoes to choose from. Great experience working with Laura to get the best solution for my tendinitis caused by having flat feet. Orthotics on order, new pair of Brooks Ghost athletic shoes and am feeling better already!
How refreshing to see an actual functioning shoe store with staff to help fit your shoes properly!!! I learned so much about my feet and where I'm putting all my weight pressure and how I can work at reversing it. Very knowledgeable. Great selection of shoes and a space with kitschy gift and clothing items. I'm so happy to have found Chiappetta!
