Ordering was easy and the price reasonable. Delivered promptly and the shoes fit great. What's not to like? A 5 star service.
I do keep coming back to your store but it always amazes me that when customers walk in no one looks up from what they are doing to greet a new customer. And I'm not told to have a seat or to browse and someone will be with you as soon as possible. I had a great experience at Chiapetta shoes today. It’s a beautiful and fun store with friendly and competent employees. I have several pairs of nice shoes from them. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my feet and have pain and can’t just wear any old shoes. I also need orthotics. Today, Laura, did a professional pedorthic consult for me and made a mold of my feet so they can begin the process of making my custom orthotics. They are very attentive here providing good customer service. I love that they can make adjustments to inserts right there in the store while you wait. They also stand behind their products.
