I bought a beautiful bikini from here years ago, and had the most gorgeous customer service in the store. I was however bitterly disappointed by their customer care after the purchase. The brand has used a form of hygiene sticker that left glue on the material and damaged my brand new bikini. Given the price of the item, (though totally worth it due to the beautiful designs), I was quite disappointed that the owner was not able to credit or replace the item, instead offering 50% a new bikini. The store is gorgeous, the staff are lovely! Easy parking as well, which is always nice in Byron. So often I find retail shopping underwhelming but not here. The swimwear is a beautiful quality and it felt great to support these women and their vision. 🥰
