Loved the facility but the massage was disappointing, I liked it to be harder to loosen tissues and knots..de stress It felt like the oil was just being rubbed on my skin, otherwise satisfying would have been. If customers asked therapists should know. Maybe I’ll remind you what’s the meaning of massage.

Trying to make a booking at the spa and I am enquiring about a treatment package, how long it takes, access to the Health Club etc just to make sure I understand and time required; unfortunately the staff are just giving me one word answers and are super rude. It's as if they are not located in a 5 star hotel and more like a 2 star level of service.

Has the most amazing treatment with Aimee today. He was so attentive, very talented, and really sweet. I loved my experience and will absolutely be back. My friend and I had a doubles massage, facial, foot scrub and needed with a prosecco we also loved sunbathing on the balcony.

Poor customer service and lack of effective communication let down the whole experience unfortunately. Will not be back.
