First of all, this review is based on the MANAGER that works at Chi Spa. I wasn't planning to write a bad review until what I experienced last week and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I actually liked it here because the two employees (Hispanic and Asian) were very kind and professional, which is why I came here Wednesdays and Thursdays.
