Starts good, until they decide they don’t give a damn about you anymore. Weight loss was going well until I was told I needed another appointment to continue treatment. Then appointment was pushed back months because of a providers maternity leave, funny how the patients have to suffer in this scenario. Was unable to make the appointment so they pushed it out again multiple months. Really, that’s the best you can do, I mean, how hard is it to schedule a telehealth? Currently still waiting. Nobody answers the phone and the voice is horrible I can't hear any choice The sound is choppy and distorted
Make sure you take the entire day off for your visit. I have been here over two hours and still sitting in a room (after waiting over an hour to get into one!). I was a "transfer patient," but was told they didn't need any of my maintenance records? How do you treat a patient if you don't see where they're coming from and get an idea of the treatments?
