Chi used to be better. Now my husband and I find the language barrier very frustrating. The quality of service has been hit or miss; sometimes good, sometimes not. My husband and I made it very clear what service we wanted; the staff continued to misunderstand. I can tell that my therapist was frustrated. Half way through this last massage I was asked if I wanted an extra service done; 10 dollars more.
