Chair was good until 2 months ago, the remote control just suddenly stopped working, screen just blanked not working, internal issue. I have sent my complaint, sent video etc, and waited for a month with no resolution, I sent 2 follow up email, no response , I try to call , the call center pick up and say will forwarded my issue to the technician department, and again no further action. I recently received a Chi-Link eye massager. The product is beautifully made and I enjoy using it. The eye massage is quite comforting and it is very relaxing. The battery life is very good and it charges quickly again. It is comfortable and the several settings and operational modes make it quite interesting. Two things would push it up to a 5 rating.
