I went in for a massage today, shoulder back head and arms for 50 mins, I am laying down in agony right now, my back is extremely painful now, I told her to go lighter but after a little while she went back to full force it was so painful. She also touched my hands for about 7 seconds each side, only went up and down extremely hard along my spine for most of the time, she didn’t know what she was doing.
