Purchased a gift voucher 31/12/2020. Store shut down 12/01/2021. Do not believe they were not aware of closing down only 12 days before. Owner will not contact me even after leaving multiple messages through centre management.
Wonderful and friendly staff had a facial it was fantastic so relaxing I'm going there all the time👍🏾👍🏾
I had a 30 min massage and I was left 7 times for a couple of minutes within that time to go to the reception and book people in I was given an extra 5 mins I'm still in pain today and was still charged full price. So disappointing
I booked a massage for 2 people and when we came for the massage. They did not have any masseuse. Very bad service.
