Called to attempt to schedule a DOT physical exam. Was on hold for 40+ minutes just to be greeted by an incredibly rude and snappy older woman. Told me that they don’t do that there and proceeded to hang up on me before i could ask any questions. Would not recommend calling here or going here and dealing with extremely rude customer service. Probably why they only have 3 stars.
No clue what's going on here. Hours say they are open at 7 AM online, but their phone line says they are closed. Not very helpful. Please correct the wrong information online.
