Had an incredible deep tissue massage with Lin at CHI Massage West Lakes. He was professional, attentive, and really knew how to work out all the tension. Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had left feeling relaxed and completely refreshed. Highly recommend Lin if you’re after a proper deep tissue massage that truly makes a difference!

I’ve been using Chi Massage at West Lakes for a few years and have found them consistent. I had a regular lady who was amazing, but since she left, they’ve been a bit average. My last one was really disappointing - 10minutes less than I’d paid for, she wouldn’t increase pressure even though I asked a few times, and it wasn’t the full body that I’d paid for. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she just blew me off. It was meant to be Remedial but it was definitely not. So sad that it’s gone so downhill.
Terrible. Did not do as requested. Waste of money and time.
