Very disappointing massage, I don't think the man had any idea what he was doing, The amount of oil he put on my body was excessive, very poor English. I do not recommend this place.
I called someone this afternoon to book in at 345pm today, I believe that she agreed over the phone that I was to come today. However, when I arrived at 345pm there was no one available and nothing written in the book. When someone came to greet me unfortunately she had no way of knowing as it was never written down, even after I showed her my call log. Absolutely Highly Recommend - Liz, the Manager welcomed me and did my massage. I have had many massages over the years elsewhere and I knew within 5 minutes that she was highly experienced. Plush, quiet and clean rooms. Tranquil music playing with the lovely dappling sound of the water feature in the background. I wanted a firm remedial massage.
