A friendly and very professional private practice
Some doctors here need to learn the meaning of DUTY OF CARE.!... people are not just a number on a peice of paper
First appointment confirmation had no address in it and had the complete wrong time and I received no call when my actual appointment time passed. Finally rebooked for a different day and have been sitting around waiting to complete a pre-employment medical for 2.5 hours watching people walk in and out around me. I checked with reception how much longer i had to wait, was told i was next, and have still waited another 30 minutes since then. Disgusting.
Mark is absolutely amazing! He always makes time to see me whenever I am in pain, even if I don't have an appointment he will do his very best to fit me in between patients. Mark has the most amazing multitasking ability whereby he can be seeing multiple patients at any given time and know their name, their condition, their body and what he told told them shown them etc he is an absolute superstar!
