Very time poor, slow and just rude. Your always waiting longer than expected. Booked in for a medical (must be 10 mins prior to they ask) and they tell you to allow 2 hours for your appointment. 3 and a half hours later I left. I wasted alot of company time which isn't good. Dr was rude and quite racist. Very bad customer service. Never again !!!! THIS IS ONLY AT ELIZABETH CHG.
Complete waste of my time.They have no understanding of fitness to drive medical form requirements. Go elsewhere.
Receptionist are super lovely, especially Meg who is always my fav! Dr Ali is the most thorough Dr I have ever encountered and Liam is such a lovely young lad. Highly recommend the Elizabeth practise!
Absolutely brilliant service from all. The front desk staff are very friendly, nurses were absolutely on the ball, attentive and compassionate. The doctor was extremely thorough and professional. Keep up the fantastic work.
