Mark is absolutely amazing! He always makes time to see me whenever I am in pain, even if I don't have an appointment he will do his very best to fit me in between patients. Mark has the most amazing multitasking ability whereby he can be seeing multiple patients at any given time and know their name, their condition, their body and what he told told them shown them etc he is an absolute superstar! Awesome staff
Checked in for my appointment on time. 30 minutes later i asked for an update and was told I was next. 30 minutes after that I discovered the receptionist never checked me in. Doctors and physio are fine, receptionists need to do their jobs. Waste of time
