Everything Pauline makes is delicious! I love that it is always the perfect amount of sweetness, not overly sweet. I like that she has a variety of baked goods (including gluten free!!) and everything is fresh. Her packaging is adorable (would make great gifts). The madeleines choco and sables bretons are my favorite!
These are possibly the best madeleines I have ever tasted. I tried both the raspberry and the gluten free lemon and both were just the right amount of buttery goodness with just a slight hint of sweetness. The texture was perfection.
Chez Pauline has the most delicious baked goods around here! She is a must stop any time I’m lucky enough to be at the local farmers markets! The caneles are my favorite, so addicting! Highly recommend!
My family gets so excited anytime we see their booth! The lemon madeleines are our current favorite but the Nutella flavor is a close second. Always fresh and delicious and I love the cute packaging!!
