The customer service is amazing! I brought my German Shepard in to get her nails trimmed the other day. It’s a stressful process for her and me. She can be reactive around other dogs. The employee was so accommodating, without me even having to ask or explain my dog’s needs. She offered to let us wait in my car until the groomer was available and made sure other dogs inside and outside the store were out of sight while we walked through.
