The hotel's environment is not conducive for families with children. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, as they made derogatory remarks and laughed at our group. During our stay for a 3-on-3 tournament, several team parents witnessed the staff's unprofessional conduct, including racist comments. Due to this experience, we will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to families.
