leaving the below post, it is now December 2025 and I'm still having pump problems at this place I think it's pump number 12 today it says it's not working so I'll pull up one and you cannot key in your rewards card. I go around the corner and I think I'm at pump number 5 not sure, and it won't take my card now. QuikTrip is across the street and that's what I do after three tries. why can't they check all their pumps work so you can use your rewards number why are they always broken at this location. half the pumps were closed, no towels or windshield cleaners, one pump would not take credit cards ! Awful
Over the last almost 2 years, I have attempted to get them to fix the issues at the pump. Two different numbers were called and nothing seems to get resolved. It's always when you're trying to use your Chevron reward. Today, it said I had no reward which was fine. My card was in there to pay and it's asked me for a cash price so I didn't answer it and it finally proceeded or I said no I don't know. it wasn't asking me for a pin and then it wouldn't continue.
