Took my father inlaw out of this home fell out of wheel chair numerous times bought dad loads of new clothes always had someone else clothes on went to pick dads new tv and the rest of hes things to find they had left them in hes old room were they had put someone else in it was awful having to take them back was given a small bag of thing were had all hes news clothes gone I was very upset about all of this the manager wasn't help full at all never signed in once put dad in cheery brook this care home was amazing for him sa... read more
Chestnut Lodge is a lovely place to work. The staff are hardworking and approachable and the residents and their visitors/family are wonderful. I hope to continue to grow professionally working at Chestnut Lodge for Harbour Healthcare.
My experience in chestnut Logde has been amazing; from the quality care given to the residents, the residents come first policy, to the coaching approach of the managements staff to other staff members, the equality and diversity with lots of tenacity, commitment and compliance of most staff members, nice and top notch professionalism of the professional staff as well as other staff. At Chestnut Lodge the staff are amazing, very welcoming and friendly. I can definitely say your loved ones would be safe and happy here. The care home is very responsive to the needs of their patients.
Communication with the staff has been excellent. They keep me informed and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. Overall great carehome
