My Mom moved in to Courtyard approximately 3 months ago. I am a nurse and honestly probably hard to please. Many people have asked me if I would recommend a facility. I never have. No place is perfect but I have been very happy with how attentive and kind the staff has been. The administrator has made a point of being available and very involved during Mom’s transition. While everyone’s experience is different, I am very pleased.
I visit this place frequently. The staff are always friendly, and engaging with activities with the patients. It's clean and very welcoming. It feels like walking into a loving home each time I visit. Thanks courtyard for being so welcoming!
I would go with this place if you don’t want anyone to check on your family member plus the manager of the place gives special treatment to her mother who lives there if you care about your family stay clear
We moved Mom in recently and the staff was very friendly and inviting. Her transition has gone smoothly and she has made friends already. The staff is caring and are quick to respond to the residents needs. They have a lot of activities for the residents and they seem to enjoy them. I was worried about moving Mom into an assisted living facility but after being here a couple of weeks I feel very comfortable with Mom living here!
This is the first time I’ve ever written a review and really felt the need to let others know - we LOVE all of the staff at the Courtyard. They’ve become like a family to us, and it really feels like home. Everyone is professional, kind and caring. My grandmother sadly was not there long before being placed on hospice, and throughout the entire process the staff and directors have been so accommodating, have done extra checks on her, and have also checked in on us as her caregivers.
